This novel model for biomarker detection represents a significant stride towards the realization of precision therapy approaches in the field of oncology. The method is now published in Cancer Cell.

Fighting bowel cancer with AI
The DECADE project is the first to use swarm learning in cancer research. The German Cancer Aid is funding the joint project of several university hospitals with around 1.5 million euros.

The Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health at TU Dresden has been established in September 2019. Driven by specific medical needs and with direct access to medical infrastructure, the EKFZ’s research projects accelerate the digitalization of medicine – for the benefit of patients.
